The draft FONSI and Final EA will be available in hardcopy at TBTA, NYSDOT, and NYCDOT offices and FHWA division offices in New York, New Jersey, and Connecticut. In-person assistance with accessing the documents online will be available at specific libraries throughout New York, New Jersey, and Connecticut. See the full list of locations here.
