If you want to request a copy of a record under the Freedom of Information Law (FOIL), you must use the FOIL Request page. Use that page ONLY for requesting copies of records under FOIL.
One important note: if you want to report an emergency to the MTA, please do not use e-mail. Instead, dial 911. To report an unsafe condition at a station or on a bus, subway, or railroad, call the appropriate MTA agency.
