Use our online reporting system to report a problem, offer a commendation, get help, or make a suggestion. We’ll send your feedback directly to the folks who can help.

Make a FOIL request

If you want to request a copy of a record under the Freedom of Information Law, you must use the FOIL Request page. Only use that page for requesting copies of records under FOIL.

File a Title VI complaint

Any person who believes they been discriminated against on the basis of race, color, or national origin by MTA and its agencies may file a Title VI complaint by completing and submitting the Agency’s Title VI Complaint Form.
