City Terminal Zone
Jamaica is the central hub of the LIRR. Except for the Port Washington Branch, all branches run to or through Jamaica. Connect there to trains and the AirTrain JFK.
West of Jamaica, trains can go to/from Manhattan (Grand Central or Penn Station), Brooklyn, or Long Island City. You can transfer at Jamaica between trains to/from different terminals. Check Schedules or TrainTime to view your options.
