Ratings Actions

On January 24, 2019, KBRA revised the outlook to negative from stable, while affirming the AA+ rating on MTA’s Transportation Revenue Bonds

Financial Obligations

On August 16, 2019, MTA drew $1 million on the Revolving Credit Agreement with JP Morgan, in conjunction with executing a 2nd Amendment to the Agreement to increase the credit, additionally, MTA entered into a new Revolving Credit Agreement with Bank of America.
