A note for our 14 St riders: The passageway between the and stations is closed this weekend. A free out-of-station street transfer is available using OMNY or MetroCard.
And if you're traveling to JFK airport this weekend, note that trains aren't running to Sutphin Blvd-Archer Av-JFK Airport . Take the to Sutphin Blvd-Archer Av-JFK Airport or the to Howard Beach-JFK Airport .

Major subway service changes
trains, Manhattan
trains aren't running between Van Cortlandt Park-242 St and 137 St-City College in either direction from 12:15 a.m. Saturday to 5 a.m. Monday because of station maintenance.
- Free shuttle buses are running along four routes:
- On Broadway between Van Cortlandt Park-242 St and 215 St, connecting with the at Inwood-207 St.
- On St Nicholas Av between 191 St and 168 St, making all stops. Free transfers to the M3 are available.
- On Broadway between 168 St and 137 St-City College, making all stops.
- Overnight only, on Dyckman St between the and stations. During the day and evening, take the M100 instead.
- When exiting the subway at 168 St or 137 St-City College, get a GO Ticket from a station agent to re-enter.
- For service to/from 207 St, transfer to/from the Bx12 bus at Inwood-207 St .
- For service to/from stations in Washington Heights, use nearby stations.
- During this time, trains are making local stops in both directions between 168 St and 59 St-Columbus Circle.
- Stairways at 137 St-City College have been temporarily narrowed while we work on making this station accessible. More people will enter and exit this station during this service change. Expect some crowding and follow the instructions of MTA personnel.
- trains are running between 137 St-City College and South Ferry, every 8 minutes during the day and evening.
trains, the Bronx
trains aren't running between E 180 St and 149 St-Grand Concourse in either direction Saturday and Sunday because of track replacement.
- trains are running in two sections:
- Between Eastchester-Dyre Av and E 180 St, all weekend.
- Between 149 St-Grand Concourse and Bowling Green, every 20 minutes.
- At 149 St-Grand Concourse, all trains are stopping at the uptown platform.
- Manhattan-bound trains aren't stopping at 138 St-Grand Concourse.
- For service to/from 138 St-Grand Concourse, take a Dyre Av-bound train.
- For service between E 180 St and 149 St-Grand Concourse, take the .
Manhattan-bound trains aren't stopping from E 180 St to 149 St-Grand Concourse from 3:45 a.m. Saturday to 10 p.m. Sunday because of track replacement.
- For service to/from bypassed stations, take a Wakefield-bound train.
trains, Brooklyn
trains aren't running in Brooklyn from 11:30 p.m. Friday to 5 a.m. Monday because of structural maintenance.
- For service between Borough Hall and Franklin Av-Medgar Evers College, take trains.
- For service between Franklin Av-Medgar Evers College and New Lots Av, take the , which is running to/from New Lots Av all weekend, including overnight.
- Transfer between and trains at Fulton St.
- trains are running between Woodlawn and Bowling Green.
trains, Manhattan
From 9:45 p.m. Friday to 5 a.m. Monday, downtown trains are running on the after 5 Av/53 St to 2 Av, the last stop. Uptown trains are running on the from 2 Av to W 4 St-Washington Sq and then resume regular service. This is because of signal modernization work.
- For service to/from 7 Av, take the .
- For service to/from 50 St and 23 St, take an uptown or local train or use nearby stops along 6 Av.
- For service to/from 42 St-Port Authority Bus Terminal, 34 St-Penn Station, and 14 St, take trains or use nearby stops along 6 Av.
- For service to/from Spring St, take an uptown or local train.
- For service to/from Canal St and World Trade Center (Chambers St), take trains.
trains, Brooklyn and Queens
trains aren't running between Court Sq and Bedford-Nostrand Avs through Sunday, August 11 because of signal modernization work.
- Free B98 shuttle buses are running between Court Sq and Bedford-Nostrand Avs, making all stops.
- Re-enter the subway with OMNY or MetroCard at Court Sq , Metropolitan Av/Lorimer St , or Bedford-Nostrand Avs.
- trains are making local stops between Myrtle Av and Marcy Av.
- Use OMNY or MetroCard for a free out-of-system transfer between Broadway and Hewes St or Lorimer St .
- Subway alternatives between Brooklyn and Queens via Manhattan may be faster than the shuttle bus. Consider the and/or trains.
- trains are running between Bedford-Nostrand Avs and Church Av.

- For service to/from Jamaica Center-Parsons/Archer and Sutphin Blvd-Archer Av-JFK Airport , take the .

trains aren't running between 8 Av and 14 St-Union Sq in either direction from 11:45 p.m. Friday to 5 a.m. Monday because of accessibility work.
- For service between 8 Av, 6 Av, and 14 St-Union Sq, take free L92 shuttle buses or the M14.
- When exiting the subway at these stations, get a GO Ticket from a station agent to re-enter.
- trains are running between 14 St-Union Sq and Canarsie-Rockaway Pkwy, every 8 minutes during the day and evening.
Franklin Av Shuttle, Brooklyn
Franklin Av Shuttle trains aren't running to/from Franklin Av through Friday, August 9 because of the St. Marks Bridge replacement.
- For service to/from Franklin Av, free B101 shuttle buses are running between Franklin Av and Park Place.
- Re-enter the subway with OMNY or MetroCard at Franklin Av or Park Place.
- Franklin Av Shuttle trains are running between Park Place and Prospect Park.
Other subway service changes
trains, Manhattan
Uptown and local trains aren't stopping from Chambers St to 14 St and from 72 St to 96 St from 9:45 p.m. Friday to 5 a.m. Monday because of structural maintenance and track replacement.
- For service to/from bypassed stations, take an uptown local train.
- During the day and evening, trains are running every 8 minutes and trains are running every 12 minutes while trains share tracks in Manhattan.
trains, Manhattan
Uptown and local trains are making express stops from 14 St-Union Sq to 125 St from 9:45 p.m. Friday to 5 a.m. Monday because of accessibility work.
- For service to/from bypassed stations, take a downtown local train.
- During the day and evening, trains are running every 8 minutes while trains share tracks in Manhattan.
trains, Queens
Flushing-bound trains are making express stops from 74 St-Broadway to Mets-Willets Point from 11:45 p.m. Friday to 4 p.m. Monday because of structural maintenance.
- For service to/from bypassed stations, take a Manhattan-bound train.
- At Junction Blvd, all trains will board from the Manhattan-bound platform.
- trains are running every 8 minutes during the day and evening Saturday and during the day Sunday.

Downtown and local trains are making express stops from 59 St-Columbus Circle to Canal St from 9:45 p.m. Friday to 5 a.m. Tuesday because of structural maintenance.
- For service to/from bypassed stations, take an uptown local train.
trains, Queens
Manhattan-bound trains aren't stopping at 169 St and Sutphin Blvd and Manhattan-bound trains aren't stopping at Briarwood from 11:45 p.m. Friday to 5 a.m. Monday because of signal modernization.
- For service to/from 169 St, take the Q1, Q2, Q3, Q17 or Q36 buses.
- For service to/from Sutphin Blvd, take a 179 St-bound .
- For service to/from Briarwood, take a Jamaica Center-bound or 179 St-bound .
Long Island Rail Road service changes
Far Rockaway and Long Beach branches
Trains aren't stopping at Locust Manor, Laurelton, and Rosedale in either direction from 11 p.m. Friday to 4 a.m. Monday because of accessibility improvement work.
- Buses are running hourly between Jamaica and Valley Stream, stopping at Locust Manor, Laurelton, and Rosedale.
- Long Beach Branch trains are running on revised schedules.

Port Jefferson Branch
Trains aren't running between Hicksville and Port Jefferson in either direction from 10 p.m. Friday to 1 a.m. Monday because of switch replacement and bridge repair work.
- Buses are replacing trains between Hicksville and Port Jefferson.
- Local travel between some station combinations east of Huntington may not be possible.
- To avoid busing, consider using stations on the Ronkonkoma Branch.
- Oyster Bay and Ronkonkoma Branch trains are running on revised schedules.
