About fine payments
- Fines are due within 30 days of receiving a notice of violation.
- If the payment is unresolved after 60 days, we will initiate appropriate legal measures to collect the fine.
- Note: ACI Payments, Inc., the service provider for payments made online, by phone, and via money order, charges a convenience fee for payment processing.
If you need additional time to pay the fine
- You are responsible for paying the violation. However, if you are unable to pay the violation in full, you can request a Time Payment Plan. Call us at 347-643-5805. There is a $10 processing fee for payment plans.
If you get a notice after paying the fine

Mail us a check or money order. Include the nine-digit violation number on the upper left corner of the notice of violation.
