Book trips online with MY AAR

Updated Apr 10, 2023

Booking an Access-A-Ride trip has never been easier with the new and improved MY AAR webpage and app.

Our AAR agents remain available to book trips every day from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m., but MY AAR is the fastest and most convenient way to book a trip or create a subscription. The app lets you easily access your personal account information, such as upcoming and past rides.

Existing AAR customers can visit our MY AAR website or download the MYmta app (on the Apple App Store or Google Play) and create a MY AAR account. Then, log into your account and start booking trips!

Learn more about how to book a trip using MY AAR. You can also watch the video below for a step-by-step guide to booking a trip online or using the MYmta app.

Improvements in the new MY AAR

It's easier to manage your account.

You can now easily request a new link to sign up for MY AAR, request a hint if you forget your email, easily change your password, as well as update your personal details including mailing address, email address, and preferences including text notifications and access to view vehicle requirements.

It's easier to find information about your trip.

AAR alerts are displayed more clearly in a banner on the top of your screen and there are messages regarding vehicle availability, such as assignment. Additionally, language has been updated to make selections more intuitive, and you can see estimated pick-up and drop-off times for your trip. Other information including viewing recent trips and accessing trip ID have been made easier to find under trip details.

It's easier to navigate.

The MY AAR website is more compatible with the screen readers VoiceOver (on iOS) and NVDA (for Windows) in Chrome browsers. On the MY AAR website, a new home button will help you navigate back to the MY AAR homepage.
