Review the B70 route summary
The proposed B70 would mostly maintain its existing routing except for a new northern terminal at Industry City. Instead of terminating at 39 St/1 Av, the proposed route would terminate at 3 Av/30 St, providing a new connection to the retail area from southwest Brooklyn and from the future accessible 36 St station. Service on 39 St west of 3 Av would continue to be provided by the proposed B35.
As a Local route, stops would be spaced slightly farther apart than existing to speed up buses and improve reliability.
Frequencies would be slightly increased during Weekday Middays. No service span changes are being proposed at this time.
