About Customer Service Centers
Customer Service Centers are available in several subway stations. They're staffed 24/7 by New York City Transit station agents, who are ready to assist customers with things such as using OMNY or signing up to be a part of our Reduced-Fare program.
Station agents are able to meet riders where they are and provide hands-on, 24/7 support. They can help with wayfinding in stations and on platforms, using fare machines or OMNY readers, providing information during service disruptions, and reporting issues related to in-station amenities like elevators or turnstiles.
You can also visit our Customer Service Center at 3 Stone Street in Lower Manhattan for in-person help.
