We've been enjoying the first few crisp, cool days of Actual Fall in NYC this week, but it seems like summer hasn't quite taken its leave, since the days are projected to warm up again this weekend. So make some plans to get outside and enjoy the warmer weather while it lasts—and remember, as always, public transit is the best way to get there.
A note for our 14 St riders: The passageway between the
and stations is closed this weekend. A free out-of-station street transfer is available using OMNY or MetroCard.And if you're traveling to JFK airport this weekend, note that trains aren't running to Howard Beach-JFK Airport and trains aren't running to Sutphin Blvd-Archer Av-JFK Airport. Take the to Sutphin Blvd-Archer Av-JFK Airport or the LIRR to Jamaica. The LIRR will accommodate subway riders between Brooklyn and Jamaica at no additional cost.

trains aren't running in Brooklyn from 11:30 p.m. Friday to 5 a.m. Monday because of station improvement work.
- For service between Borough Hall and Franklin Av-Medgar Evers College, take trains.
- For service between Franklin Av-Medgar Evers College and New Lots Av, take the

trains aren't running between Euclid Av and Lefferts Blvd/Howard Beach-JFK Airport from 11:30 p.m. Friday to 5 a.m. Monday because of track replacement.
- For service between Euclid Av and Lefferts Blvd/Howard Beach-JFK Airport, take free shuttle buses, which are running along two routes:
- Local, making all stops between Euclid Av and Lefferts Blvd/Howard Beach-JFK Airport.
- Express between Euclid Av and Howard Beach-JFK Airport, stopping at Aqueduct-North Conduit Av in the Euclid Av-bound direction.
- For service to JFK Airport , take the to Sutphin Blvd-Archer Av-JFK Airport. Or, take the LIRR, which is accommodating subway riders at no additional cost between Atlantic Terminal, Nostrand Avenue, East New York, and Jamaica.
- Between Inwood-207 St and Euclid Av, every 12 minutes during the day and evening.
- Between Howard Beach-JFK Airport and Far Rockaway-Mott Av.
