MYmta is available in app stores
Existing AAR customers can download the MYmta app (on the Apple App Store or Google Play) and create a MYmta account. Then, log into your account and start booking trips!
Sign Up for a MYmta account
Existing AAR Customers can
- Select Access-A-Ride.
- Choose Sign In/Sign Up.
- Select Sign Up to register.
- Enter your AAR ID, First Name, Last Name, Date of Birth and Email address.
- Create a password that complies with the password requirements. Passwords must have at least 8 characters and contain at least 1 uppercase letter, 1 lowercase letter and 1 number or special character.
- To complete the sign-up process, AAR Customers will be required to verify their email address by clicking a verification link that will be sent to the email address provided.
Sign in to your account
Existing AAR Customers who have already set up their MYmta account can
- Select Access-A-Ride.
- Choose Sign In/Sign Up.
- Enter your AAR ID and password and select Sign In.
My Account
- In MY AAR Trip Planner, click on My Account button.
- Personal Information, Password, Notification Preferences and Access-A-Ride Information can be viewed, and some fields can be updated.
Booking an AAR trip
- Sign in and scroll to the Booking Requests section.
- Click on Request a Trip.
- Enter trip information and click Submit Trip Request.
- Wait for your trip request to be processed. This will take less than a minute.
- Once processed, the screen will show all your requested trip details for you to review. Most of the time your trip status will say Scheduled. There are times when it might say Pending and will take a little longer to be confirmed.
Requesting a subscription
- In the Booking Requests section, click on the Request a Subscription.
- Enter the subscription details and click Submit Subscription Request.
- A message box will pop up informing you to expect a call from a subscription representative to confirm. Click OK to exit.
Real-time trip tracking
- In the Your Trips section, click on your upcoming trip to view trip information.
- You can start tracking the location of your vehicle starting up to an hour before your departure time on the map.
Give feedback on completed trips
- In MY AAR Trip Planner, select View All Trips.
- Go to the Past tab.
- Select the completed trip you want to review.
- Scroll down to the bottom for the Give Feedback option.
- Click the options that describe your trip and driver.
- Click Submit Feedback, and OK to exit. If you have additional comments, you can visit the website or call.
