The Metropolitan Transportation Authority (MTA) welcomes you to our new digital home for tracking the performance and metrics across each of our transportation agencies – Subway, Bus, LIRR, and Metro-North – as well as Access-A-Ride.

Each link below will take you to an interactive dashboard that details customer-focused performance metrics as we track progress to improve service across the New York transit network. Few transit systems in the world provide the same level of detail or transparency as we do in these dashboards.
