Mandeep is the Acting Senior Vice President of Subways at New York City Transit. Prior to this role, Mandeep served as the Executive Vice President & Chief Operating Officer of the New York City Subways, overseeing a team of 22,000 employees across Maintenance of Way, Car Equipment, Service Delivery, and Staten Island Railway where his responsibilities encompassed all aspects of daily operations, service delivery, strategic planning, and operational performance improvement initiatives.
His passion lies in world-class maintenance, which he pursues through effective management, meticulous planning, and continuous process improvement. Additionally, Mandeep is constantly in pursuit of world-class delivery and actively engages with external organizations focusing on leadership and transportation and signaling operations, of which Mandeep holds several fellowships
