The Congestion Relief Zone includes the streets and avenues in Manhattan below and including 60th Street, excluding the FDR Drive, West Side Highway/Route 9A, and the Hugh L. Carey Tunnel connections to West Street, as specified in the 2019 legislation.
The toll amount depends on the time of day, type of vehicle, payment method, and whether any crossing credits apply. This calculator estimates the amount you will be charged when entering the zone.
Note: This calculator does not account for drivers or vehicles with approved discount or exemption plans, or for customers in taxis or for-hire vehicles, who will pay a per-trip charge.
Note: Commercial vehicles are not permitted on the FDR Drive, the West Side Highway north of 59th St (Henry Hudson Parkway), or the Brooklyn Bridge. The maximum height permitted in the Queens-Midtown and Hugh L. Carey Tunnels is 12'-1", in the Holland Tunnel is 12'-6", and in the Lincoln Tunnels is 13'.
