About the route

The B82 SBS runs between Gravesend and Spring Creek Towers.

The current length of the B82 SBS route is 8.9 miles. This would not change under the Draft Plan.

In the existing route, the average stop spacing is 2,136 feet. Under the proposed route, that would increase to 2,362 feet. There would be 1.2 turns per mile. 

The route would include connections to the B1, B3, B4, B5, B6, B6 LTD, B7, B9, B17, B31, B40, B41, B41 XT, B42, B44, B44 SBS, B46, B46 SBS, B47, B49, B60, B64, B68, B76, B82, B83, B100, B103, Q35   and  trains.

The proposed B82 SBS would maintain its existing routing.

As a Crosstown/SBS route, stops would only be located at key destinations and transfer points to provide faster and more reliable service across the corridor.

Frequencies would be increased on weekdays to 10-minutes-or-better. No service span changes are being proposed at this time.
