The proposed B3 Local runs between Gravesend and Bergen Beach.
The current length of the B3 route is 5.3 miles. This would not change under the Draft Plan.
In the existing route, the average stop spacing is 640 feet. Under the proposed route, that would increase to 1,127 feet. There would be 0.7 turns per mile.
The route would include connections to the B1, B4, B5, B6, B6 LTD, B9, B31, B36, B40, B41, B41-XT, B44, B44-SBS, B46, B46 SBS, B47, B49, B64, B68, B82, B82-SBS, and Q35. It would also connect to the and trains.

As a Local route, stops would be spaced slightly farther apart than existing to speed up buses and improve reliability.
