PHOTOS: MTA Leaders Visit Workers On First Day in New Positions

Leaders at the Metropolitan Transportation Authority (MTA) were out in the field today on their first day in their new roles. Acting MTA Chairman and CEO Janno Lieber, NYC Transit Interim President Craig Cipriano and SVP of Subways for NYC Transit Demetrius Crichlow visited the New York City Subway Rail Control Center, and Lieber and Cipriano also went to Michael J. Quill Bus Depot to greet workers.   

Lieber was appointed Acting Chairman and CEO by Governor Andrew M. Cuomo effective July 31. He appointed Cipriano Interim President of NYC Transit effective July 31. Former NYC Transit Interim President Sarah Feinberg named Crichlow SVP of Subways for NYC Transit on July 30.
