The Metropolitan Transportation Authority (MTA) is advising customers of service changes for this evening in response to an NYPD investigation at 36 St. Limited southbound D,N service has been restored from Atlantic Av-Barclays Ctr. There is no R service between Manhattan and Brooklyn. Customers should expect major delays on D,M,F,N,Q,R trains. MTA crews are working to restore service as quickly as possible. As a result, customers should monitor www.mta.info and @NYCTSubway on Twitter for real-time service updates. Service updates as of 4:30pm are below: D Manhattan-bound D service from Coney Island-Stillwell Av remains suspended. Manhattan-bound D trains are running on the F line to Broadway-Lafayette St. N Manhattan-bound N service from Coney Island-Stillwell Av remains suspended. Manhattan-bound N trains are running on the Q line to Canal St. R service between Manhattan and Brooklyn is suspended. R trains are running in two parts:
For service between Brooklyn and Manhattan, consider taking the 2,3,4,5,A,C,F,G train. For Manhattan Alternatives, take 1,2,3,4,5,6,A,C,E trains. Brooklyn Alternatives: Shuttle buses are running between Atlantic Av-Barclays Ctr and Bay Ridge-95 St. Consider taking B1, B9, B11, B35, B37, B 63, or B103 buses to alternate subway lines. |
