Thank you for being a valued MTA Customer!

The MTA is conducting the Spring 2024 MTA Customers Count Survey and your opinion counts! The survey will help us improve service for all of our customers.

Please take our survey.

You can rate your satisfaction with up to two MTA services you use. This survey should take less than 15 minutes to complete for one service (Subway and Staten Island Railway, Local or Express Bus, Long Island Rail Road, Metro-North Railroad, and Access-A-Ride). If you choose to rate an additional service, it will take longer.

Upon completion of the survey, you can choose to be entered into a drawing to win a $50 OMNY gift card! You will be entered once for every service you rate, and you can rate up to two services.

If you would prefer to take the survey in another language, you can do so by selecting one when you start the survey,  The survey is available in the following languages: English, Español, 简体中文, Русский, Kreyòl Ayisyen, বাংলা, 한국어, Português, and Italiano.

We encourage you to take the time to complete this important survey by May 3.
