Thank you for being a valued MTA Customer!

The MTA is conducting the Fall 2022 MTA Customers Count Survey and your opinion counts! The survey will help us improve service for all of our valued customers. Please take our survey.

You can rate your satisfaction with up to two modes of the MTA services you use. This survey should take less than 15 minutes to complete for one service (Subway and Staten Island Railway, Local Bus, Express Bus, Long Island Rail Road, Metro-North Railroad, Access-A-Ride). If you choose to rate an additional service, it will take longer.  

Upon completion of the survey, you can choose to be entered into a drawing to win a $100 gift cards! You will be entered once for every service you rate, and you can rate up to two services.

If you would prefer to take this survey in Spanish, you can do so by selecting Spanish when you start the survey. 

We encourage you to complete this important survey by December 4.
