MTA Customers Count Travel Survey

The MTA is conducting the Spring 2022 MTA Customers Count Survey and your opinion counts! The survey will help us improve service for those currently riding. Even if you are not currently riding with the MTA, we value your responses. Please take our survey.

You can rate your satisfaction with one or more of the MTA services you use. This survey should take less than 15 minutes to complete for one service (Subway and Staten Island Railway, Local Bus, Express Bus, Long Island Rail Road, Metro-North Railroad, Access-A-Ride). If you choose to rate another service, it will take longer.

Upon completion of the survey, you can choose to be entered into a drawing to win one of ten $100 gift cards. You will be entered once for every service you rate, and you can rate up to three services.

If you would prefer to take this survey in a language other than English, you can do so by selecting your preferred language when you start the survey.

We encourage you to take the time to complete this important survey by June 26.
