(Sole Source) Replace and refurbish Powell Circuit Breakers. The NY portion of the project consists of the refurbishment of fifty-six (56) existing Powell circuit breakers and the purchase of three (3) new circuit breakers. The Connecticut portion refurbishes one-hundred fifty-two (152) circuit breakers and the purchase of twelve (12) new circuit breakers. This project will refurbish a total of 208 Powell circuit breakers and provide for the purchase of 15 new Powell circuit breakers for seven (7) AC traction power substations
