MTA- Headquarters will be conducting these procurements through a secure online portal. A firm must register at www.mymta.info to gain access to the solicitation(s) listed below.

Once on the MTA Portal, click on the Vendor Sign-In Registration. If you do not know your Vendor ID, have questions about the MTA Portal or Registration, call the MTA Business Service Center at 646-376-0123 - Option 3, Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m.-5 p.m., or by email to bscservice@mtabsc.org. Virtual opening for these events will be conducted. If you wish to attend virtually, please email bscvprocsol@mtabsc.org by noon one day before the Public Opening Date for further instructions on the bid opening details. There are no fees charged.

The Triborough Bridge and Tunnel Authority, popularly known as MTA Bridges and Tunnels (hereinafter referred to as “MTA B&T,” “B&T” or the “Authority”), is seeking information from the marketplace on customized Toll and Fee Payment Plan Administration Services. Specifically, MTA B&T is seeking information, concepts, and solutions from vendors that can effectively implement MTA B&T’s anticipated Toll and Fee Payment Plan Administration Program (hereinafter “Program”). MTA B&T’s short-term goal for the Program is to better account for and manage the B&T payment plans that are currently active. The long-term goal is to establish best practices for offering, expanding, accounting for, and administrating new payment plans.

Notice to bidders/proposers

Vendors interested in bidding opportunities listed under Construction and Architectural/Engineering Opportunities page must adhere to the following requirements:

System for Award Management (SAM)

Vendors must register with System for Award Management (SAM), a federal vendor database used to validate vendor information, before obtaining MTA C&D construction and architectural/engineering bid documents. The registration process requires a DUNS number and can be done online. It takes about 10 minutes to register and is free of charge. You should receive a response within 48 hours.
