The Metro-North Railroad TRACKS (Together Railroads and Communities Keeping Safe) program is holding its fifth annual Rail Safety Contest. All students from pre-K through 12th grade who live or attend schools within the Metro-North territory (throughout Connecticut and New York) are eligible to enter. All submissions must be digital.
Metro-Man is Metro-North’s train safety ambassador who helps reinforce the safe behaviors taught through Metro-North’s TRACKS program. You are invited to dream up a new Metro-Man mascot costume design that not only educates but motivates all Metro-North customers to travel safely. The design should inspire people to be safety focused when they are traveling on trains and being near trains, tracks, and grade crossings.
