“Street Mule” Marc Mueller

Man in cowboy hat playing didgeridoo and percussion.

Street Mule harnesses the city’s vibrant energy in a “tribal soundscape” that combines Australian didgeridoo with voice effects, Peruvian cajon, Middle Eastern darbuka, African shakers, and Indian bells, played all at once. Mueller’s globally oriented music delves into a range of styles, from street-corner blues to primal nature sounds. His recording "Talkin’ True Da Tube" distills the essence of these live performances. Street Mule has captivated audiences at festivals, clubs, and events presented by the Brooklyn Botanic Garden, The Little Orchestra Society, NYU’s Creative Time Summit, BRIC, Trinity Rep, and Theatre at Brown University, and other sponsors. He has been featured on Vice’s "The Untitled Action Bronson Show," NBC, Mashable, and in films and documentaries.
