Call 511 for automated travel information 24/7, agents are available from 6 a.m. to 10 p.m. daily. Hearing impaired customers should use their preferred relay service provider or the free 711 service relay to reach 511.
The large print edition of the Subway Map can be picked up at the Customer Service Center at 3 Stone Street in Manhattan or mailed to you by dialing 511, or by submitting a request.
