Rhonda Herman has served on the Metro-North Railroad Commuter Council from July 2008 through April 2019. She was also a member of the Metropolitan Transportation Authority Sustainability Advisory Workgroup.
She currently works for the Internal Revenue Service and has held various management positions in Information Systems, small business, self-employment, and worked in the wage and investment industry. She was a former Girl Scout Troop Leader for 12 years and co-president of the White Plains High School PTA. She now serves as Co-Chair of the Senior PTA Scholarship Recognition Program.
