The best way to immediately report a lost, stolen, or damaged card is via the online portal. You can also add value to your card, get account information, and conduct other business.
To get account information or report a card lost, stolen or damaged, contact the EasyPay MetroCard Account Service Center at 1-877-323-RIDE (7433).
The center is staffed 9 AM to 5 PM weekdays (except holidays) and 9 AM to 2 PM Saturday. In off hours, the number is answered by an automated system that can help you report your lost, stolen, or damaged card as well as get other information.
You can send questions, comments or issues, which will be replied to during normal business hours.

During non-business hours, you can also report EasyPay Metrocard issues to the NYCT customer service line at 1-718-330-1234. We advise that before doing that, you report a lost, stolen, or damaged card online.
