- Why did you design a new website?
We designed our new website with you in mind to provide you with quick and easy personalized travel information that would improve your online experience with us. And because it is mobile optimized, it’s easy to use on your phone.
- Is there a new MTA app as well?
Yes! We’re excited to offer you MYmta, a new app for Mac and Android users with features and functions that serve all your travel needs. Our new app is available right now in the Apple Store and Google Play Store. While we continue to enhance MYmta, all our other MTA Travel Time apps – Long Island Rail Road Train Time, Metro-North Train Time, Subway Time, Bus Time, Drive Time and The Weekender – will remain available.
- What will happen to the old website?
The existing mta.info website will stay online for the next several months. Once we’ve considered and adopted feedback from our customers, our new site and new mobile app will replace mta.info.
- Why do some links still direct me to the old website?
That’s because we are still building in features and functionality into the new website, and your feedback will be valuable to us as we complete this process. Please use the “Tell Us What You Think” link at the top of the new site to share your thoughts about the new mta.info.
- Is the MYmta app different from the new website?
The new site and MYmta have similar functionality and the same clean, appealing design. You’ll probably find the new app more useful for when you’re on the go. MYmta is available right now at the Apple Store and Google Play Store.
- Can I make a suggestion about MYmta and the new website?
Definitely! Our new site is created for all New Yorkers and visitors to our area. We value your input and will take your feedback into consideration as we refine MYmta and the new website to better serve all your travel needs. Use the “Tell Us What You Think” link at the top of the new website’s front page or at the bottom of MYmta to leave a comment or suggestion.
