Lead ICS Security Assessment & Mitigation (Job ID: 98570)

Overview: The Lead ICS Security Assessment & Mitigation will be collaborating with the MTA Operating departments who are the stakeholders of the SCADA/ICS systems at the MTA to build a security-conscious environment by performing risk assessment and implementing a mitigation plan while imparting the real and active threat from foreign states, terrorist organizations, and internal threats to the MTA.

Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, 10+ years of IT experience, 4+ years of direct experience in risk assessment, especially ICS systems and penetration testing highly preferred. 3 years IT managerial experience. Ability to be on-call in a 24/7/365 environment. Knowledge and experience with broad range of policy, standards, and methodologies, for example, NIST, ISO 2700X, PCI/DSS, COBIT, ITIL, ISO 2000, etc.

Lead IT Security & Architect Engineering (Job ID: 97874)

Overview: Responsible for assisting in the development and implementation of security architectures and solutions, including security frameworks and roadmaps within the operational units across the MTA agencies. It also includes securing enterprise information by determining security requirements, planning, implementing, and testing security systems as well as managing and mentoring team members.

Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. 10+ years of IT experience with 4+ years of IT managerial experience. Experience with developing and documenting security architecture and plans, including strategic, tactical, and project plans. Excellent technical knowledge of mainstream operating systems and a wide range of security technologies, such as network security appliances, identity and access management (IAM) systems, anti-malware solutions, automated policy compliance tools, and desktop security tools.

Prior experience with installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting technology systems. Proven ability to troubleshoot and support technical issues using standardized procedures. Valid driver’s license. Knowledge of building new components of the infrastructure within domain (e.g. Authentication, networking, storage, Amazon Web Services, Microsoft Azure, PaaS, SaaS, etc.) strongly desired.
