Intercept and online survey results

We conducted nearly 2,000 in-person surveys at 12 key locations in the Bronx, and hosted an online survey with roughly 750 respondents. We wanted to find out the following:

  • Where you're headed and where you're coming from
  • Your common travel patterns
  • Your priorities for bus service

It was clear from the survey results that riders value the following:

  • Buses arriving on time
  • Getting to their destination quickly
  • Accurate bus arrival information

More detailed information on the intercept and online survey results can be found in the Existing Conditions Report.
