Dec 8: No arrival information for numbered trains

Updated Dec 7, 2018

What's happening

On Saturday, December 8th, there will not be any real-time arrival information for our numbered trains (lines 1-6). This will impact countdown clocks, digital screens inside stations, and internal and external websites. This outage is because of a planned update to our ATS system, which powers these data feeds.

While we cannot provide real-time information, you can plan ahead based on our scheduled trip frequencies. There is no scheduled work on our numbered lines so all service will run on the regular Saturday schedule. Service can change based on incidents and other disruptions so please continue to check MTA.info for current service status.
